I have been back here in KL for only less than 2 months!

can't believe I actually bought 5 pairs of shoes!!! and 3 of them are black!

for some reason, i'm a bit more particular on my shoes.... hmmm

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just handed in my assignment! yeah, i did that in 1.5 months (supposingly 3months)!

oh well, 90% of the time i didn't go out for lunch!!

i really love my job! but i still think it's a bit slow...

isn't because it's not an investment bank? or is it because it's not in NewYork or London?
even ppl in KL walk slower compared to people in Tokyo! just look at the crowd in the LRT station every morning...

i'm glad i found what i like! fixed income and markets! yes... not IB department, not personal banking, not anything else. for the time being at least =)

i love the feel of working in a fast paced city! taking the subway, walking into a huge tall building in the heart of the city... then walking back, passing department stores and shopping malls, and get urself small little gifts as rewards for ur hard work! hmmmm...

i suddenly like the feel of wearing light coloured shirts, dark coat with matching knee length skirt with pointy heels!!! so elegant!!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

the art of wearing pointy heels!

first time in my life wearing these kinda shoes! the tip of the shoe was so far beyond my toes, totally out of my control!

but i realised you need some skills to wear it properly, in order not to fall!

1. each step you take, make sure you place your feet FLAT on the ground
2. you have to leave ur feet b4 the escalator if not the tip of the shoe will knock the next level ground and you'll loose ur balance!
3. you can't stand with both ur feet facing inwards(which is what i normally do when i wear pumps)
4. you need to keep a distance from the person in front of you if not they may step on ur shoe without u realising!

it's just like sticking an extra edge in front of ur normal shoes...

i can't describe the feeling..

but i like the elegant look!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

walked into the lift and met 3 koreans just now...

they were speaking in Korean and i understand most of their convo!

just b4 i left, they smiled and said "bye!"

so i smiled back and said "an-nyeong-hi-kye-se-yo!" (goodbye for the person leaving annyeong hiKAseyo is for the person staying)

suddenly they were so shocked that they asked if i am a korean!

coincidently i was wearing my super huge thick scrunchie from Korea! hahahaha

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

perhaps i really don't look malaysian?

how can i be in my home country and yet, i ssitll get questions like "are you a local?"
"you are a tourist?"

that's the question i always get on LRT or in KLCC!

do i look soooo chinese or korean or japanese????

nvm, i'll treat that as a compliment! hahahahahahaha

no doubt girls from East Asia are gorgeous! most of them! =))

my colleague just said to me "妳好東洋風!" (read in cantonese, means i'm pro-East Asian/i have the style of East-Asians!)
