Filled capsicums:
1. fry eggs with mushrooms or anything else you can think of to fill it
2. stuff it into the capsicums
3. bake in the owen till the capsicum is cooked

Large Buttom Mushrooms:
1. put on mozarella cheese, garlic and herbs on the mushrooms
2. grill it in the owen
